Im trying to see what interest there is for me to offer a group class this fall! I've had several people ask and want to make sure there is enough interest before setting up a date/time to host one. It would be for basic obedience/manners and would be for dogs 5 months old and up!

We would cover:
•Sit
•Down
•Leash manners
•Stay
• And recall!

If this would be something you'd be interested in, please comment below! I have the availability this fall to do 2 seperate classes if need be! We would be holding the classes in El Dorado Ks and it would be 85$ per dog!

We are worming our way into the dog day's of summer!

What better way to spend those days than swimming and getting some much needed socialization/training in air-conditioned places!

It may be hot and miserable out but that doesnt mean daycamp doesn't happen. I strive to keep dogs as cool as possible even on the hottest of days. That usually involves swimming and doing all outside activities in the morning and doing training trips in the afternoon to pet friendly establishments or working in my own home on manners and behaviors that are requested by their owners (place training, settling in the house, etc).

Maple worked hard on her leave its and refocusing on the handler last week. We all love Miss Maple!

In day camp, we've been working on her excitement towards other dogs, specifically small dogs. Maple is probably the friendliest dog you could ever meet but she's a big girl. For little dogs and their owners, her being super excited can be a little scary due to her size. Day camp is the perfect opportunity for her to work on it!

My day camp programs are very customizable on what we work on. Unlike daycare, day camp is more training, proper socializing, and meeting their needs mentally and physically rather than them just being put in a room with 20+ other dogs. My goal is to always send home dogs whos needs have been met and who may just come out with a few more obedience skills under their belt.

Mimic had a big outing a couple of weeks ago! We traveled to Kansas City where we had the opportunity to visit her and I's first aquarium! She absolutely rocked it!

Mimic is the 11th service dog I have trained/am training and my 3rd service dog for myself. She has mastered alerting to my heart rate when it spikes as well as assisting with helping bring it down, alerting to oncoming migraines, crowd control, and several other important tasks that help with my disabilities. Service dogs can truly offer their handlers independence in every day tasks that otherwise would be difficult.
