Another huge event completed! We were invited back to set up at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds for a huge Memorial Day Event. We were SO thankful to be in one of their large barns when the huge rainstorm came through. Everyone stayed dry! Thanks guys for having us back!

Hi guys!! We’ve had lots of people message us on here asking if we are still doing events and the answer is “YES”! In fact 2026 has started off super busy for us! A new baby in March, emergency gallbladder surgery in April, returning to my full time job in May, all while doing lots of events in between! I’ve just been slacking on getting pictures posted, so I’m doing that now! Hopefully I haven’t forgotten any!

Please let us know if you’re needing animals for an upcoming event and we will check our availability! Our schedule is pretty full for the upcoming months, but we will try our best to fit more in! We hope to hear from you soon!

This year, for the first time we hired someone to come shear our sheep and alpacas. I usually do it myself, but after my shears broke last year, I had no interest in getting them fixed. I am VERY satisfied with this company! They’re out of Maine and travel the entire East Coast. My guys are feeling so much better!! Thank you Appalachian Custom Shearing!!

If anyone is interested in the fleeces, they are for sale! Local pickup to Edinburg, VA only, as I’m not interested in shipping.
