It's group picture day at the Ranch for Daisy's latest litter, all born September 20th. They'll be five weeks old this Sunday and ready for forever homes three weeks after on the weekend of November 15th.
Our naming theme for these guys and gals this time around are Peanuts characters created by Charles M. Schulz.
Three black males:
Franklin
Pig Pen (though he is rather clean)
and Schroeder
Three chocolate males:
Charlie
Snoopy
and Linus
One black female: Patty
One chocolate female: Lucy, who has already been claimed by a forever family.
and last but not least, our one and only charcoal female: Marcie
All puppies aside from Lucy remain available as of today.
We started them on puppy food and raw milk this week and moved them downstairs so they can access the yard and start (hopefully) learning the often tedious process of being housebroken (and weened from momma)
They're developing their own unique personalities now, so even with busier than normal schedules we're trying to spend as much time with them as we can. A couple are still a little timid in their new surroundings, but the rest are a typical puppy-rowdy bunch. :)
