A patient came in needing a blood transfusion, and our amazing team jumped right into action alongside Dr. Lakita to help save a life. ❤️ Huge shoutout to Storm 🌩️🐶, Dr. Lakita’s doby, for being the BEST donor and helping make it all possible!

We are so proud of our hardworking team and so thankful for moments like these that remind us why we love what we do. 🐾🩺

Angel Alert🚨

This sweet girl was dropped off at a local restaurant. Unfortunately it seems to be very sick, and we are working to help the wonderful lady who picked her up from there to locate some care!

We have had an abundance of emergency cases recently, which is often expected in the summer months. Our goal is to help as many as possible, but unfortunately we can’t do it alone, we need your help! As always in the event we raise more then enough funds for one animal, it will forward to the next one in need.

🚨🪽 ANGEL ALERT SOS 🪽🚨

We have been contacted about a very sick dog believed to be suffering from possible poisoning. Unfortunately, some time has passed while the owners where at work ,before he was able to receive care, and he is now showing signs of kidney complications. 💔

This sweet boy is only around 4 years old and still has so much life left to live. He is deeply loved by his family, especially the children who are heartbroken watching him fight for his life right now. 🐾

His family has been placed in an incredibly difficult situation and is unfortunately unable to afford the extensive medical care he urgently needs. We want to help give him the best fighting chance possible — but we cannot do it alone.

We are asking our amazing community to come together once again for this precious boy. Any donation, no matter how small, can help provide diagnostics, hospitalization, medications, and supportive care he desperately needs. 🙏

🚨🐾 BOBCAT FEVER IN CATS 🐾🚨

We have recently seen an uptick in cats testing POSITIVE for “Bobcat Fever” in our area, and we want to help spread awareness to keep your feline friends safe! 💔🐱

Bobcat Fever, also known as Cytauxzoonosis, is a LIFE-THREATENING disease spread by ticks. It is most commonly seen in outdoor cats or cats exposed to wooded/grassy areas where ticks thrive. Unfortunately, this disease progresses VERY quickly and can become fatal without immediate veterinary care.

⚠️ Symptoms may include:
• High fever
• Lethargy/extreme weakness
• Loss of appetite
• Difficulty breathing
• Pale or yellow gums
• Dehydration
• Hiding or sudden behavior changes

🛑 Prevention is KEY!
✔️ Use veterinarian-approved flea & tick prevention YEAR ROUND
✔️ Check pets frequently for ticks
✔️ Avoid areas heavily populated with ticks and wildlife
