Lets clear up some confusion about the new rules applying to vaccine records.
If your pets have NEVER been to the shop and you are scheduling for the first time, I need to see records BEFORE we put you on the books.
Regular clients, as.your dogs or cats vaccines get renewed through the year, you can send a Pic or bring them in with the next appointment. Not a big deal.

So why is this happening?
We are scheduling way too many appointments for animals that do not have proper vaccines. When that happens, we turn you away and that appointment is then lost. We only make money when clients show up and have current vacancies.
I can't get parvo, this isn't for my safety. Its for the safety of your pets. I care. I *should* care.

It takes less than a minute to snap and send a photo. We are saving everyone involved time and money.

We love ya, but sometimes its tough love. 😘

Ive had two friends lose 2 cats in the last 2 weeks. This is a serious concern. Bobcat fever is rampant in our area. There is no vaccine and unfortunately no cure. This is caused from a single tick bite. Please be diligent and check your cats every single day.

As of today, May 15, 2026 all new clients must email or private message their vaccine records before you are put on the schedule. We cannot afford to continue scheduling appointments that are not being filled. Vaccines are not optional here. This is for the safety of your pets.
