Last week was Client Service Representative Week at VCA. Lead CSR Richele and CSR Amanda are the glue that hold our hospital together. Richele joined our team during the height of the COVID pandemic 5 years ago, though had years of experience in the field prior to joining. Amanda has been with VCA for 15 years, but is a new (and wonderful) addition to the Foxon team. We consider ourselves the luckiest hospital to have these two ladies manning the ship!
