I think you all need to meet Snookums aka Joe with A. J. Allen Mechanical Contractors. In my eyes today he won the 2026 HVAC World Cup Final here at JAM. A week and half ago our unit stopped blowing that lovely coolness. After a call to A.J. Allen they had a technician over here within an hour. Snookums worked exceedingly hard up and down the ladder to access the unit (which is built in above the loo). Then he had to endure 100+ heat that day to take the unit apart. Ended up being a printed circuit board that was fried. The last week and half was wait time for the part to come in. And today Snookums Joe was back to get us up and running! I cannot state enough how kind, sweet and hardworking he is. And he has agreed to adopt every single foster dog I get in from here on out. What a chap!!!
