This pint-sized pup is proof that the best things really do come in small packages!

Kimber loves EVERYONE and is ready to share her love with a family of her very own. Whether it’s making new friends, soaking up attention, or simply being part of the action, this little girl has so much love to give. 🐶💗

But we do have one special request when it comes to finding her perfect match!

🏡 Kimber would prefer a home with older children.

We want to find her a family that understands her needs, respects her space, and will help her feel safe, loved, and comfortable.

Because finding a home isn’t just about finding someone who wants a dog. It’s about finding the RIGHT home for that dog. ❤️

Courtney is suspected to be an Australian Shepherd mix, and she’s looking for a family who understands that a happy pup needs more than just a comfy bed and a food bowl.

At Ham and Beans Canine Rescue, we believe every dog deserves the chance to know what it feels like to be safe, loved, and HOME.

But rescue isn’t just about the dogs we save. It’s about the people who step up to help save them.

The person who opens their home to foster.
The volunteer who gives up a Saturday to help at an adoption event.
The person who donates supplies when we need them most.
The family who chooses adoption.
The friend who shares a post and helps the right person find their new best friend.

🚧🐾 IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RESCUE A DOG! 🐾🚧

Here at Ham and Beans Canine Rescue, our dream is to give our pups the safest, happiest place possible while they wait for their furever homes. ❤️🐶

One thing that would make a HUGE difference for our rescue? A fence! 🏡🐾

But before we can get there, we could use a little help from our amazing community!

🚨🐾 SOOOOO… WE, UHHH… MADE THE NEWS?! 🐾🚨

Y’ALL. DID YOU SEE?! HAM AND BEANS CANINE RESCUE MADE THE NEWS!!! 😭❤️

Excuse me while I pick my jaw up off the floor.

Ham and Beans Canine Rescue is only 3½ MONTHS OLD.

That’s it. Three and a half months.

To be precise, 105 DAYS.

And while I’ve always said numbers aren’t everything… numbers sure do tell a story.

So, let’s talk about what we’ve done in just over 100 days.

We’ve welcomed puppies as young as an estimated 8 weeks old and seniors as old as 14 YEARS.

We’ve taken the sick.
We’ve taken the injured.
We’ve taken the skinny, the scared, the forgotten, and the unwanted.

We’ve answered phone calls from police departments.
We’ve answered desperate pleas from neighbors, friends, and complete strangers.

We’ve trapped.
We’ve chased.
We’ve caught.
We’ve pulled from shelters.
We’ve driven the miles.
We’ve stayed up the nights.
We’ve cried the tears.
And we’ve celebrated the victories.

And in just 105 days…

🐾 49 LIVES HAVE BEEN CHANGED.

That’s 49 dogs who have come through Ham and Beans Canine Rescue.

And of those 49?

🏡❤️ 31 HAVE BEEN ADOPTED.

That’s 31 adoption stories.
31 new beginnings.
31 families who found a piece of their hearts they didn’t even know was missing.

And the others? Their stories are still being written. ❤️

We’re not in this to see how many dogs we can save.
We’re not trying to break records.
We’re not trying to compete with other rescues.
We’re not trying to have the biggest numbers or the loudest name.

We’re simply trying to change the outcome for the ones we CAN.

And somewhere along the way, this little rescue that started with a whole lot of heart, a little bit of chaos, and probably a questionable amount of sleep… started becoming something bigger than I ever imagined.

We have a TEAM.
We have FOSTERS.
We have VOLUNTEERS.
We have SUPPORTERS.
We have an entire community standing behind these dogs.

And apparently… WE HAVE NEWS COVERAGE?! 😂😭

We aren’t done. Not even CLOSE.

There are things happening behind the scenes.
There are plans being made.
There are ideas turning into reality.
And there are some pretty exciting things coming for Ham and Beans.

But to keep saying YES, we need YOU.

❤️ BECOME A FOSTER.

Fostering is literally what allows us to save another life. Every home opens another door. Every open door gives us another opportunity to say, “Yes”

Just help us change the outcome for ONE.

Because that’s how this whole thing works. One dog. One foster. One adoption. One second chance at a time.

To every single person who has believed in us, supported us, donated, transported, fostered, volunteered, adopted, shared a post, or cheered us on…

LOOK WHAT WE DID. 🥹❤️

Countless tears.
A ridiculous amount of dog hair.
And a whole lot of love.
