In honor of Wesley and his bountiful wisdom, we're doing our semi-regular plea for cat food donations. One reason we fundraise separately for the cats is because we technically don't rescue cats. They just kind of show up and join the family, as cats are wont to do. We ask for cat food and cat litter donations to help us give them the cats who choose us the best possible lives here at Indraloka.

Huge thanks to the Clarks Summit Baker Tilly US team for painting our new medical barn and making it properly beautiful for our beloved animals. It looks so much better and we know the animals appreciate the upgrade, too.

Last week, one group from Baker Tilly arrived in the morning and painted most of the new medical barn. Then, in the afternoon, a second group came, finished the painting and did a slew of other beautiful jobs for us!

Volunteers are vital to everything we do at Indraloka, and the Baker Tilly team are what we like to call super volunteers. They don’t just show up once and disappear—they come back, again and again, and they are a tremendous help with whatever needs doing.

Thank you, Baker Tilly, for giving your time, energy and elbow grease to Indraloka. We’re so grateful to have you on our team!

Burnout doesn’t always look like breaking down. Sometimes, it looks like simply running on empty. 🌿
