‼️We are done with the lies‼️
Operating an animal rescue requires constant dedication, personal sacrifice, and accountability. This work is not easy, and it is never done for recognition or gain. Our organization has rescued animals and found them loving amazing homes for years, and we take our responsibility to the animals in our care, our supporters, and our community very seriously.
Over the past year, we have experienced a rise in false information, misleading claims, and coordinated attempts to damage our rescue’s reputation and name. This includes the spread of rumors and the submission of inaccurate reports to outside agencies. These actions are not based in fact and do not reflect the reality of our operations.
To be clear..our rescue operates transparently and in compliance with all applicable regulations. We maintain all records for animal intake, medical care, adoptions, and finances. We work directly with licensed veterinarians and follow established rescue standards. Any claims suggesting otherwise are false and we can prove that.
We encourage anyone who has questions or concerns about our rescue to contact us directly. We are willing to provide clarification and documentation when appropriate. We also ask that if misinformation is being shared, or if you hear anything negative about us, it be brought to our attention along with the source so it can be addressed accurately and responsibly.
It is important for the public to understand that when one rescue chooses to speak negatively about another, spread rumors, or attempt to discredit another rescue’s work, it is not being done in the interest of the animals. Actions like this are driven by personal agendas, resentment, or jealousy, not animal welfare and the real cost is paid by the animals. These behaviors damage rescues, drain limited resources, delay care, and ultimately put more lives at risk.
Before placing your trust in any individual or organization speaking poorly about another rescue, take a step back and consider their intentions. Ask yourself who truly benefits from tearing down a rescue that is working to save lives.
We strongly encourage adopters and supporters to do their own research. Know exactly who you are adopting from. Visit their facility or foster environment when possible. Look at the conditions the animals are kept in, the cleanliness of the space, the overall setup, and the physical and emotional condition of the animals themselves. These things speak louder than rumors ever will.
A rescue’s environment, transparency, and the care given to its animals will always reveal the truth. Those who are genuinely committed to animal welfare focus on saving lives, not tearing others down.
Attempts to discredit a rescue do not protect animals. They delay care, divert limited resources, and place animals at risk. Every hour spent responding to false claims is time taken away from lifesaving work for us. We are done being quiet. We are taking action. There will be legal consequences if this keeps happening.
We remain fully committed to our mission and will continue operating with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. We will not be deterred by rumors, manipulation, or false accusations. Our focus remains, as it always has, on the care, safety, and future of the animals entrusted to us.
Thank you to all of our volunteers, donors, supporters, and the ones who have adopted from us! You all mean the world to us.
