Ollie needs a home! 🧡

Ollie is a 2-3 year old Pit mix. He has not had an easy life and is ready to find a forever family that will truly love him forever. Ollie originally belonged to a known animal abuser outside of the area. It is said that all animals that have entered his “care” ended up dead. When the man fled the state and chose to dump Ollie, this pup had no idea how lucky he actually was. He was found by wonderful people who were able to track down all of his information and bring him to us.

Ollie is such a good boy. Despite his past, he is incredibly well behaved and loves every human he meets. He is large dog selective, needing time to adjust to them. He is not a fan of cats and since we do not know if he has ever been around them, older kids are recommended. He is crate, house, and leash trained. He is wonderful in the car, loves to play ball, and loves going on adventures. He enjoys pup cups (video in comments) and just wants to be with you. He has so much love to give and is eager to continuing learning & exploring with his future forever family. This boy deserves the world!

‼️If you find a stray - please make a plan to keep said animal until a local shelter has space. We do NOT have any room to pop up any additional cages.
‼️We are closed to owner surrenders at this time!

Please read below if you are interested in adopting! We would like for our application process to be as easy as possible, so please read all of the information to ensure your adoption process is as wonderful as possible!

REQUIREMENTS TO ADOPT:
💉All animals in the home MUST be up to date on vaccines (unless a medical reason prevents this)
✂️ All animals in the home MUST be spayed/neutered (unless a medical reason prevents this)
🏡 Landlords MUST approve the animal you are interested in prior to you meeting them
💙 The animal you are interested in & your household MUST be a match - we will not adopt an animal into a home that does not fit their individual needs

❌We do not have the man power to call each applicant that does not include the information that we require on our application. Please ensure that ALL sections are correctly filled out so we can process the application. Also - some animals receive 20+ applications and once said animal is adopted all remaining apps are automatically moved to “on hold” by the system.❌

🏠RENTERS - please ensure that your landlord is well aware that you are searching for a dog/cat and that they will be hearing from us! 🏠
🩺Call your veterinarian’s office and give them approval to release information to our volunteers as soon as you apply! 🩺
❤️PLEASE only apply for a specific dog/cat if you are fully prepared to adopt! If you are not actively searching, choose “UNKNOWN DOG” or “UNKNOWN CAT” when applying! We look forward to seeing apps for specific animals and when the adopter is not actually interested in said animal, it is upsetting. 💔

➡️PLEASE DO NOT apply for a specific animal if you are not going to respond to our calls or messages! We are here to find the animals the best homes as quickly as possible (no animal wants to stay at the shelter longer then they need too), we do not have the time to wait days for a response & said animal will most likely be adopted out by then. ⬅️

Hoot needs a home! 🦉♥️

Hoot is a 3 year old fully vetted male. He is the sweetest guy who loves being a part of anything that you are doing. He will follow you all around and just wants to be included. He has so much love to give and is a very curious guy. While he is a Velcro cat, he also will take some time to lounge around on his own - the second you also sit down, he will be sure to join you! He is such a sweet guy and we hope a family scoops him up soon. He does well with kids, other cats, and would do well with dogs after a proper introduction. He has a slight permanent head tilt due to an injury prior to coming to us. Because of this, he is able to turn his head into funny positions, which is how he got his name. Someone adopt Hoot!!

Baxter and Bernie are a super sweet pair of brothers in need of a home 💞

These brothers are a cute combination of curious and shy. They will be all up in your business when you are trying to do something, but then run away when you reach for a head pat.

Will need some time to come out of their shell but they do love being around people. They just need more 1 on 1 time to build trust.

Also very playful and loving! It's so fun to watch these brothers explore and play, then flop down together for a snuggle and a nap 🥰

Neutered. Okay with litterbox. Diet of hays, quality pellets, daily greens, and fruits as treats.
