GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 🙏🏼
OVERCOMING FEAR ⚔️

Had a great session with Skippy and Lilo and their pack last night. They recently moved into an apartment complex with lots of dogs and people two things they are most fearful of, especially since they are so small! 😬

Like us, dogs struggle with their emotions, so we teach them to look to their owners for leadership as the Lord of their lives. Just like Jesus wants us to look to him as the Lord of our lives, and he will help us overcome every distraction from the enemy! 😈

Some people and animals come in peace and love and are friends in the Spirit. But not everyone is sent by God, some are sent by the enemy who comes to steal, kill and destroy our lives. The Bible tells us to test the Spirits and if we look to Jesus He will protect us! 🛡️⚔️

That’s why we teach our dog owners how to protect and advocate for their dogs. Since God gave us dominion over them and their survival is dependent on us to make sure they are safe and their needs are met! 🐕🐕

“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. ✨

This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world. ✨

You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world. They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them. ✨

We are from God, and whoever knows God listens to us; but whoever is not from God does not listen to us. This is how we recognize the Spirit of truth and the spirit of falsehood.” ✨

GOOD NEWS FOR ALL CREATURES 📖
WEDDING WITH OUR DOGS ⛪️💍🐕

What a wild wedding weekend with our dogs! I knew it was going to be a challenge to get everything done in a few months but with our family and friends and the Lord’s help we did it! 🙌🏼

Apparently the enemy hates marriage because there is power in agreement and covenant. So this wedding is a small miracle because all Hell came against us, but nothing can stop what God has ordained!♥️

Most people only have dogs in their photos because having them in the ceremony, means they have to behave and sit calmly through it. But our dogs have gone through this training that gives them the life skills necessary for these types of situations.🐕

We prayed about and asked God to help us choose the dogs that would be best suited for the ceremony and reception. Meaning they LOVE people and do well under a lot of pressure. Putting dogs in situations under their threshold sets them up for success. ⛪️

It also helped to have one of my head dog trainers handle Polly dog, lead and guide her on the leash to ensure she would not get overexcited about everything. Chevy dog was built for this so he was a rockstar all night long! 😎

“He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. ✨

And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” ✨

After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.” ✨

God wants people to work together to help humans and animals. 🙏🏼🐕♥️

Been praying for these two dogs and thankful for these two courageous gals that helped them! 🙏🏼🐕🐕♥️

Yesterday, Animal Control Officers made several attempts to catch two Great Pyrenees-mixed dogs running loose by the Iowa School for the Deaf. They set traps and spent hours trying to catch them, but had no luck.

Today, a Good Samaritan confined the dogs in a fenced yard just outside the city on Highland Park Rd. Officer Leggett (Pottawattamie County Animal Control) and Officer Hood (Council Bluffs Animal Control) successfully captured the dogs in the pouring rain. They are now safe at Midlands Humane Society and will hopefully be claimed. Thanks to everyone who called us about these two dogs!

Animal Control is hiring! Visit JoinCBPD.com to learn more about joining our team!

WEDDING PREPARATIONS 💍

The past few months and weeks have been filled with wedding preparations. So much goes on behind the scenes that most people dont realize until you are in it. ⛪️

Finding a place, officiant, bridal party, budget, food, dog training, tent rental, clothes, license, decorations, invites, etc, etc. While dealing with hundreds of people, personalities and opinions. 🫠

I imagine this is what Jesus is doing in preparation for the wedding banquet when He returns for His bride, which is us. So much is happening behind the scenes that people have no idea why things are taking so long or happening so quickly. 👰

Thankful for the Lord and for those that have been helping us prepare for the big day. We will get back to helping dogs and their humans after we get hitched next weekend. In the meantime please pray for us! 🙏🏼

“Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. ✨

And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. ✨

There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” ✨

Can someone please share and save this dog? Praying for sweet Oreo.🙏🏼🥹

Update: Oreo has been adopted 🎉

💔 WE DON'T KNOW HOW ELSE TO ASK.

We've posted Oreo again and again. You've seen his smile, his zoomies, and the goofy, happy boy we've been trying so hard to get home.

And still, he's here.

310 days in a kennel. And now, he's declining quickly.

Kennel stress is taking its toll. Oreo needs space, stimulation, and a home. He needs OUT.

He's dog-friendly, full of energy, and has a big personality. Cats aren't a match, and older kids who understand boundaries are best. He'll need guidance with his excitement around toys.

He's not perfect. He's a real dog who needs someone willing to help him succeed.

We've spent 310 days hoping someone would choose Oreo. We're running out of time to keep hoping.

💔 His adoption fee has been covered by someone who loves him.

This is why we try to give people the tools to keep their dogs safe while they are going through training. Prayers for healing, please help if you can! 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹
