Clinton Animal Shelter The Clinton Animal Shelter/Clinton Animal Rescue Endeavor is a 501c3 non for profit no kill animal shelter for cats and dogs. CARE was formed in Fall of 2007.

Started caring for the animal shelter December 4, 2007 and established a lease with the City of Clinton to operate the shelter through contract on March 1, 2008. The shelter operates as a no-kill facility to accept animals through Clinton Animal Control and also rescue inside and outside the city limits when space premits. The Director and CARE reserve the right to not accept your adoption applic

💜Maisy💜

Sweet 4 year old Maisy has been has been with us for over 2 years - 28.5 months to be exact. Sadly half of her life😢 The shelter staff and volunteers cannot understand why someone has not scooped this girl up. She just keeps getting looked over.

Maisy has some energy but she is low key, low maintenance, is very loving, she can be a little finicky about her for dog friends, she is very smart - even knows how to sit, is potty trained and just wants someone or a family to love and love her back.

We can all honestly say she would make the best companion and best friend ever.

📣📣We are currently short staffed at the Clinton Animal Shelter and will be for a couple of weeks.📣📣

If you call and leave a message on the machine or on our message board on Facebook please give us plenty of time to get it returned. We will respond as soon as we can. Please be patient. Our first priority is the care of our homeless pets.

If you would like to meet one of our wonderful pets for possible adoption or if you need to bring In foster pet for vaccinations please call and make an appointment 660-885-7999.

If you have an emergency with a stray pet inside the city limits of Clinton, MO please call Central Dispatch 660-885-5561.

📣Dog helpers needed!📣

We need people to walk, hang out with the dogs and take them to the play yards. Human interaction and exercise is the best thing to help our pups who are waiting for their furever homes. We definitely need extra dog walkers any day of the week but we are especially short handed Sundays at 11am.

[email protected] or call 660-885-7999. Must be 17 or older to volunteer or have an adult with you. You can also stop by the shelter during business hours for more information.

💗Meet sweet Aggie and look at this adorable face!💗💗💗💗💗

This 2.5 year old mix girl is so good and is just looking for a loving family to be part of. Aggie has been around people of all ages, kids, other dogs and cats. She loves to take some spins around the yard and run as fast as she can so we do recommend a fenced in yard for her. She would also love to spend the day playing with the kids outside and she would be equally as happy sitting in your lap or laying by your side.
