Thank you to everyone who brought supplies and monetary donations to our first "Christmas in July" fundraiser for The Clinton Animal Shelter!! We took the supplies and $225.00 to the shelter this afternoon.

We are still planning on doing our "Shelter Tree" in December and Santa Paws is December 6th this year.

This is the last week for our "Christmas in July" to help The Clinton Animal Shelter restock their supplies. This ends on August 1st

Thank-you everyone that has donated so far, we have already taken some of these much needed supplies to the Shelter.

Please join us for our new way to restock The Clinton Animal Shelter Wish List with "Christmas in July" from July 1-31. This is a fun take on our annual "Shelter Tree."

Please take a look at the Wish List in this post and donate an item, the idea is to get a paper fish (cat) or starfish (dog) ornament from the pool around the tree and when you bring your item we will hang that fish on the fish nets around the tree.

Update on our Foster Dog Ginger from the Clinton Animal Shelter .We have had her for about three weeks now and we have learned that she is very good with kids, doesn't mind cats, she's house broken, leash and crate trained.

She is a very good little girl, she likes meeting new people, new dogs and is very well behaved when we have her at the shop all day.

Please feel free to submit an adoption form at the shelter and come and meet her at the shop.

Meet our latest foster dog Ginger; she is from the Clinton Animal Shelter

She is such a good girl. She is crate trained, housebroken and walks good on a leash.

We bring her to work at the shop with us to get her used to seeing other dogs and people. She loves to play tug of war, play fetch, and chew on her bones.

We will be closing for Memorial Day Weekend (Next Weekend) May 23-26 and reopen May 27.

Meet our newest foster dog Molly! She has been at the Clinton Animal Shelter since she was found in Clinton as a stray last September.

She was treated for heartworms and is better now, she did gain weight in the shelter because she wasn't allowed to play in the yard or get overexcited for fear it would aggravate the heartworms.

We have had her for a week now. She is good with our dogs at home. We have been bringing her to the shop so she can interact with other dogs and people; she gets along with everyone. While at the shop she has played with our toddler granddaughters and our great niece and she has been very gentle with them.

Please feel free to stop in and meet Molly at the shop and if you are interested in adopting her contact The Clinton Animal Shelter to fill out the adoption paperwork.

I smelled a skunk outside my house this morning so I wanted to share these tips with you all.

If you don't want to come in and use our Self Wash Stations if your dog gets skunked, try these remedies at home.

DO NOT WET YOUR DOG AFTER IT GETS SKUNKED, THE OILS FROM THE SKUNK WILL GET ALL OVER YOUR DOG.
