First off, I would like to say thank you to everyone for the continued support and love from the people I’ve had the opportunity of doing business with these past five years!
As of March 10th, I did put a pause on taking new clients and it has upset people enough to write me a one star review on Google, dropping my rating on a service that I never provided.
The reason I have put a pause on taking new clients is because I am the only groomer and have one bather. Taking too many dogs in one day is too stressful for me AND the dogs. I am booked to mid April and would like to give regular clients the opportunity to not have to wait more than a month for an appointment.
My top priority is safety and the comfort of your pet. A lot of dogs do not feel comfortable going from their quiet home to a salon where it is loud and chaotic due to the number of dogs. I want to ensure your dog has the best and quality experience at my facility. I have a cap on how many I will take in one day for this reason.
I will end this by saying as a business owner, I completely understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion and not everybody will be happy with my services (or phone conversation), however, I will continue to show up everyday with a smile and do the best I can to love on your dogs and make them feel beautiful and comfortable. I am blessed to have amazing clients who I’ve gotten to know through the years. I’ve even cried with some of you! Thank you all for helping the store thrive to where I am able to put a pause on taking new clients.
