Fresh from the Farm: Summer Squash Sauté!
There’s nothing better than fresh-picked squash straight from the fields! Whether you're visiting the farmstand or harvesting from your own garden, here’s a simple, delicious way to enjoy it:

Ingredients:
2 medium yellow squash or zucchini (or one of each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: fresh basil, parmesan, or a splash of lemon juice

Instructions: Slice squash into thin rounds.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add squash, season with salt and pepper. Sauté 5–7 minutes until tender and lightly golden. Finish with fresh basil or a sprinkle of parmesan if you like!

Great as a side dish or tossed with pasta!
