Stockard is approximately 2 years old and, sadly, she was left and abandoned with her puppies. Despite everything she’s been through, she hasn’t let it change her loving spirit one bit.

This happy-go-lucky girl is the kind of dog that instantly makes your day better. She loves toys, thinks every human she meets is her new best friend, and is genuinely just fun to be around. Whether you’re taking a stroll through town, visiting friends, or simply hanging out at home, Stockard is ready to be right by your side for it all.

She’s incredibly smart and picks up on things quickly, always eager to learn and be part of whatever you’re doing. Loyalty comes naturally to her—once she bonds with you, she’s all in.

Eve is only 16 months old, but the world already feels like a really big, scary place to her. Right now she’s the kind of pup who watches quietly and isn’t quite sure who to trust yet. But underneath that fear is something really special — a sweet, gentle, loving dog who just needs someone to show her she’s safe.

She’s not going to be the dog who runs up to greet you right away. She’ll need patience, kindness, and a loving home where she can take things at her own pace. But the people who take that time with her are going to see it — the soft eyes, the little tail wiggles, the quiet way she starts to lean in for comfort.

That Face Tells the Whole Story ❤️

Just look at Bob’s face for a second… especially that smile. There’s something so sweet and hopeful about the way he looks at people. Like he’s already decided you’re his friend before you even say hello.

Bob is approximately 2 years and 7 months old, and he truly is one of those dogs that makes people smile instantly. He’s happy-go-lucky, playful, goofy, and always ready to have a good time. Toys? He loves them. Meeting new people? Even better. Bob genuinely thinks every person he meets is a new best friend.

He’s the kind of dog you can picture going everywhere with you. Walks in public, hanging out with friends, riding along for errands, spending lazy evenings at home — Bob is just happy to be included. He has such an easygoing and lovable personality that being around him feels effortless.

Meet Guinevere, a sweet little 10-pound Chihuahua who is just looking for a soft place to land. At only a year old, she’s had a rougher start than any dog deserves, coming to us with her three siblings in pretty tough shape. While we are happy they are all safe, Guinevere is still feeling a bit overwhelmed by the world and is quite frightened since she hasn't had much practice with socializing yet.

We knew she needed some peace and quiet to truly start coming out of her shell, so she is currently hanging out in a loving foster home where she can skip the stress and noise of the shelter. She is a gentle soul who just needs the right person to show her that things are finally going to be okay. If you have a calm home and the patience to let a shy girl blossom at her own pace, we would love to introduce you. Please reach out to us to set up a meet and greet, and you might just find that Guinevere is the missing piece you didn't know you needed in your life.

Hey everyone, we’re in a really tough spot right now. Our shelter is completely full. In fact, we are absolutely overflowing with the most precious four-legged souls who are just waiting, hoping, and listening for the sound of someone coming to take them home.

Take a look at the quick 15-second video below. It goes by fast—we promise—but it shows just 10 of our many incredible dogs who are desperately wishing for a family to call their own. Every single pup you see looking back at the camera is either cute as can be, strikingly beautiful, smart as a whip, or just one cuddle bug who wants nothing more than to rest their head in your lap. It definitely tugs at our hearts to see them in kennels when they have so much love to give.

Please, come meet them all. Your new best friend might be sitting here right now, wondering when you'll arrive to change their life forever. We open our doors tomorrow at noon, and they will be so happy to see you!

🐾 Help Keep Christy (and Her Friends) Cozy! 🐾

Take a look at that sweet face. This is Christy. Like so many of our shelter residents, she spends her days patiently watching the door, waiting for a family to finally take her home. While she dreams of sunny windowsills and warm laps, we want to do everything we can to make sure she feels safe, loved, and comfortable right here with us.

But we can't do it alone. To keep Christy and all our shelter animals clean and warm, we are running low on a few daily essentials.

What We Need Most Right Now:
Cardboard litter boxes
Linens (old towels, sheets, and blankets make the best beds!)
Newspapers

How You Can Help:
Every single item donated makes a world of difference for our furry friends. If you have extra supplies lying around or want to treat our animals, you can easily drop them off in person or have them delivered straight to our shelter doors.

Meet Holler! She is a sweet girl who is about 3 years and 4 months old, and she is currently hanging out with a great foster family while she waits for her forever home.

Holler is definitely the type of dog who likes to take things slow. She can be a bit shy and frightened when she first meets new people, so she definitely needs a patient human who will give her some space to warm up on her own terms. It takes a little bit of time, but it is so worth the wait. Once she realizes she is safe and gets comfortable, she is absolutely amazing and ready to show you just how much love she has to give.
