Check out Olive rocking her “Place” command… on a tree stump at the golf course! 🌳⛳️ Here’s the thing: Place isn’t about the object. It’s about the concept — go to a location within a boundary and stay there until released.

That means a bed, a mat, a bench… or even a tree stump in the middle of your walk!

We love finding random spots when we’re out on adventures to keep training fun, creative, and real-world ready.

Just two of the prettiest new besties on a friend date at Lowe’s doing an aisle check and practicing obedience together with distractions and crushing it!

Hazel and Ziva turned the aisles into a runway of focus, fun, and flawless obedience—proving that training isn’t just a phase, it’s a lifestyle! From distraction work to leash manners, these two crushed every challenge (and looked adorable doing it).

Summer’s here—and that means it’s time to get serious about heat stroke in dogs. Your pup can’t tell you when they’re overheating, so it’s on us to know the signs and take action. 🌞

🚨 Warning signs to watch for:
• Drowsiness or lack of coordination
• Heavy panting or difficulty breathing
• Bright red or very dark gums/tongue
• Excessive drooling or thirst
• Vomiting or even seizures

🐾 Prevention tips:
• Walk early or late (before 10am, after 4pm)
• Provide shade + fresh water
• Never muzzle a hot dog—they need to pant!
• ALWAYS check pavement with your hand
• NEVER leave your dog in a hot car

If you suspect heat stroke and can’t get to a vet immediately:
🧊 Pour cool (not cold) water on their belly, paws, armpits & head
🌀 Fan them to keep air moving
🚗 And get to the vet ASAP

Your dog’s body runs hotter than yours—and they sweat through their paws, not skin. So they’re counting on you to keep them cool and safe.

Stay alert. Stay hydrated. Stay safe. 🐶💦
