Charlie's K-9 Camp We are your dog's home away from home offering boarding and basic obedience training for all ages. Our nightly fee is $28 per night .

Charlie's K-9 Camp offers basic obedience training and boarding for dogs of all ages and breeds. This rate includes all play time, potty breaks and walks. We have individual indoor / outdoor runs as well as play areas where your dog can play with other dogs of like size and temperament (with your permission). Our kennel is climate controlled, sanitized daily and meets all NC Department of Agriculture, Department of Animal Welfare guidelines. Our NC license number is 20925.

Just a reminder of our new hours and rates!

Beginning January 1, 2024, the following changes will be made:

Boarding Fees: $28 per dog per night.

Training Fees: $1500 Basic Obedience Training
$1300 Advanced Training
$650 Quick Start Training
Grooming prices will increase to:
$40 Charlie’s Bath
$55 Charlie’s Bath and Nails
$15 Nail Trim and Buff

New pick up and drop off hours Monday-Saturday
7 am – 10 am
3 pm - 5 pm Sunday-Closed for drop off and pick up

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

After working in the public work force for over 45 years, then owning and operating Charlie’s K9 Camp for the past 15 years, Charlie and Cindy are going to take a well-deserved rest. Crissy and Grace will be taking over the day-to-day operations of the kennel January 1. Charlie and Cindy will still be around but not in the same capacity as they have been. For them to leave totally you would have to hog-tie Charlie.

Beginning January 1, 2024, the following changes will be made:

Good morning...we have an important announcement in regards to play dates. We have made the difficult decision to discontinue play dates starting October 1st due to staffing shortages. We have struggled to find qualified staff since the pandemic in 2020. While we thought that this would get better once the restrictions were lifted. It only seems to be getting worse. We will continue our other services as normal. This includes boarding, training, and grooming. This decision was not made lightly, and one we tried to avoid.
