As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re spotlighting team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Mike Argenio, Production Manager at our Walden facility, whose career has been shaped by collaboration, dedication, and a focus on safety.

When asked what has kept him here for over 10 years, Mike shared:
“I enjoy working with the people in Walden and the challenges that this job gives me.”

One of the accomplishments he’s most proud of is the Walden team’s safety success:
“The Walden plant changing its safety culture to go 365 days without a lost time accident is a big accomplishment for everyone here.”

Mike has also seen ProAmpac evolve with every new company joining the family:
“I’m always amazed by the new product offerings that come up to enable ProAmpac to lead in the market.”

As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re honoring team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Gavin Lawrence, whose journey has been shaped by strong relationships, creativity, and a passion for building culture.

“My strong relationships with colleagues are a significant factor in why I’ve stayed at ProAmpac for over ten years. Every year brings something new, with exciting challenges and creative opportunities that keep the work engaging and rewarding.”

Gavin is especially proud of the positive impact he’s made on office culture by organizing events, celebrations, and activities that have fostered connections and friendships across the company.

He’s also helped guide teams through change, leading the London Graphic Design department as it transitioned into Print & Manufacturing—a period that included ProAmpac being named FPA ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ in 2017.

Now in a global role, Gavin is energized by the future:

As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re honoring team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Jean-Luc Harbec, Extrusion Operator, whose career at ProAmpac has been fueled by a love for his work, a strong team spirit, and a commitment to continuous growth.

When asked what has kept him here for over 10 years, Jean-Luc shared:
“From day one, I loved the work, the atmosphere, and the challenge. It was not a monotonous job; there was teamwork and mutual support.”

One of Jean-Luc’s proudest moments was mastering a key piece of equipment:
“The day I learned how to operate line 6, I felt like I was learning something big and that nothing could stop me. It represents ProAmpac’s desire to help its employees grow and develop.”

Over the years, Jean-Luc has seen significant progress in workplace safety, and he’s excited about what’s next:
“There’s been a big improvement on the health and safety side. I’m excited to see how it will continue to evolve.”

As part of our 10-year anniversary, we’re honoring team members who have been with ProAmpac for a decade or more. Today, we celebrate Tyler Wendt, Director of Operations – U.S. Flexibles, whose journey has been shaped by meaningful relationships, a passion for safety, and a commitment to collaboration.

When asked what has kept him here for over 10 years, Tyler shared:
“The people I work with have kept me in the company. I’ve developed a lot of personal and professional relationships over the years and look forward to meeting new people every year. Personally, the milestone represents a good company that I am proud to work for.”

One of Tyler’s proudest reflections is seeing ProAmpac’s safety record transform—reducing the Total Incident Rate from over 4 to an average of 1.5 across sites worldwide:
“While other companies may say they care about safety, this shows that ProAmpac is truly committed to keeping our people safe.”

Over the past decade, Tyler has also witnessed ProAmpac evolve from a collection of individual sites into a unified, collaborative organization. Looking ahead, he’s excited to continue building connections across locations:
“Continuing to partner and collaborate with other sites is the most exciting, and I look forward to learning more about the other sites’ capabilities and people.”
