🚨 Skunked?! Don’t Panic. 🚿🦨

If your pet had an unfortunate run-in with a skunk, resist the urge to reach for the tomato juice — there’s a better solution!

🔥 It’s dangerously hot out there, Chicago.

Surface temps on grass, concrete, and asphalt can soar well beyond the air temp… hot enough to burn paws.

Please:
🐾 Keep walks brief
🚫 Avoid asphalt or concrete when possible
🎉 Do NOT bring pets to street festivals or outdoor gatherings

☀️ Hydrate yourself and make sure your pets have access to fresh, cool water throughout the day.

Let’s protect our furry friends during this extreme heat. If it’s too hot for your bare feet, it’s too hot for their paws. 🐶🐾
