-What was the biggest highlight for you while competing?
"The biggest highlight while competing was the unique experience of being there, meeting new people and learning about different cultures and how in the end it doesn’t matter where you’re from. We were all there to fix a problem and address our customers' concerns."
-How did it feel to represent your team at regionals?
I was very proud and happy to represent my Charlotte Field Service team, Carolina Cat and the Caterpillar brand. I want to dedicate the tradesman award that I brought back with me to all my coworkers across the company as respect and integrity is what we’re all made out of.
-What’s one takeaway or lesson you’ll carry forward from this experience?
"A lesson I’ll carry forward from this experience is the fact that you can’t stop learning and investing in yourself as a technician, and you should always give your 100%. "
