About us

Puptown Charlotte is a locally owned doggie daycare and overnight boarding facility, serving North Charlotte since 2009. We are located near the Northlake Mall and just 1/2 a mile from 1-77 (exit 18).

Puptown Charlotte a small business with a big reputation for providing excellent care to doggie customers and award winning service to human customers. To celebrate a decade in business, we recently expanded our outdoor playspace to introduce Charlotte’s only doggie splash park - where dogs can run through a misting tunnel, interact with water jets, and cool off under our 7’ tall palm tree fountain. Take a moment to look through some of our pictures and you will see that our vibe is fun, fun, fun! We are always excited to meet new dogs and their owners.
