The Rescue Dog Trainer

Hi my name is Rick, I like dogs, and I’m here to make friends.

Big thanks to everyone who donated for Bumper. Our medical fund is kinda nonexistent and definitely has taken a hit, but I appreciate all the help.

Bumper is on the mend and doing pretty well. He’ll be headed back to Coach Matt for his rehab and we expect he’ll be ready for adoption after a few weeks of rest and healing.

If y’all want to donate to Bumper’s care and rehab, you can do so with the link in our bio or info below.

Thanks again, fam. We knew this one would be a hit to our finances, but Bumper deserves a chance to be pain free and live his best life.

Shelly is my longest term foster. She was used as a breeder dog for some real bad people. They took her teeth so she couldn’t fight back, and they broke her so badly she wouldn’t ever try again.

Forgotten, Now Family Rescue saved her and we’ve been working to build back what we can. She’s never going to be an outgoing dog brewery pup. But she will show you moments of profound resilience, glimpses of trust and hope.

She takes to women better than men, but she shows a willingness to trust anyone with time.

Crate trained, leash trained, very passive with pups of all kinds. We don’t have cats but I expect no issues there given her demeanor.

Available in Charlotte with her adoption fee covered by K9 Responder Academy and trainer support included to help Shelly find her best home and live her best life.

DM with questions. Apply through the link in Forgotten, Now Family Rescue ‘s bio.

This page is monetized on Facebook and every bit of the money earned goes back into rescue, helping support K9 Responder Foundation

FB has been offering larger and larger bonuses provided we make a certain number of videos over 10 seconds and they get enough views and engagement.

Well y’all we did it!

Thanks for putting up with, engaging with, and sharing our short sh*tty videos!

I wonder how many Facebook will make us do next time?

As you can see, Lionel can clearly just barely contain his excitement over our spirit week photoshoots for Forgotten, Now Family Rescue

I truly can’t tell who is more excited.

Lionel is available from Forgotten Now Family - poke the link in their bio and hit “adoption app” if you don’t see his bio. (Someone has been slacking about providing photos until now but is still always gonna be his second worst foster 😳)

I love that some of y’all’s default setting is “Irreverent.”

It’s so hard to explain to folks who don’t get it, that we can look at the tragedy and awful stuff that happens to these animals, stare that darkness right in the eyes and laugh at it.

Not at the animals suffering, but at the situation.

And the folks that can do that while actively helping, be it with donations, shares, follows or just a kind work of encouragement?

Those folks are worth their weight in gold.

Thank y’all for making me smile.

Your morning puppy fix with Coach Cuddle who despite the billions of dollars and countless hours of Research & Development spent by The Hot Rescue™️ to find the perfect puppy names…continues to call Hugo by his street name.

HUGO, Manhattan, Martini, Mama Della and all the other pups are available for adoption on our adoptions website, link in the bio. (Pups and mama will be ready second week of December.) All adoptable from K9 Responder Foundation

A long an pricey night, but Honey Bee is home now and on the mend.

The age old question “vagina’s or eyeballs?” Has finally been answered. We pulled a bunch of donations for Honey Bee’s first surgery, while Bumper’s post kinda fell flat.

So we’re one of two major surgeries through the day now and definitely looking for donations to help cover the cost. My plan is to go see Bumper after his surgery so I’ll update y’all then.

Thank you!
