Your groomer isn’t just giving your dog a haircut. We’re looking out for their health, comfort, and safety every step of the way. Here are 7 things we wish every pet parent knew.

✨ 1. Brush your dog between appointments. Regular brushing helps prevent painful mats, keeps the coat healthy, and makes grooming much more comfortable for your pup.

✨ 2. Matting is more than a bad hair day.
Mats pull on the skin, trap moisture, and can hide sores or infections. Sometimes shaving a matted coat is the kindest and safest choice.

✨ 3. Grooming can be stressful for some dogs. Not every dog loves baths, dryers, nail trims, or standing still. We move at your dog’s pace whenever possible to make the experience as positive as we can.

✨ 4. Please tell us about your dog’s behavior. If your dog gets anxious, has mobility issues, is sensitive to certain areas, or has bitten before, letting us know helps us keep everyone safe.
