HOORAY!!!
Our vet techs are some serious chicken heroes. There's been a loose rooster across Hwy. 29 from the clinic for a few weeks now. He is owned by one of the Back to the Rack gals and hitched a ride hiding in her truck one day. While a dozen or more people have tried, no one has been able to catch him....until now.
Our girls have tried live traps, fishing nets, cast nets, glue traps, and every food from mealworms to apple pie. But they refused to give up.
Last night, Paige FINALLY caught the big rooster with our clinic feral cat net. How fabulous. Way to go, team!

We've got the fall scents stocked in our Crossroads Candles. Here's a rundown of staff faves....

There are sooooo many to choose from. We burn ONE candle in the clinic during open hours, and it scents the entire place. They have double wicks and burn for over 120 hours!

YAY!!! All kitty babies have found homes! Thank you everyone for getting the word out.

3 teenage kittens need homes. No adoption fee, and we've spayed, neutered, and vaccinated them. But they're living in a small cage as we have nowhere else for them to go. Please help us spread the word. Again....adoption fee has been sponsored!
A couple of weekends ago, someone dumped a cardboard box that was duct taped shut at our clinic. We have no idea how long it was there before we discovered it, but the box was empty when we arrived at the clinic. Whatever had been disposed of like trash had clawed it's way out.
Fast forward a week, and these 3 scared, skinny, and starving kittens finally allowed us to catch them. Its VERY clear they are NOT feral as they are all extremely loving and sweet. Shame on whoever dumped and nearly killed these three babies.
Let's make sure they get a happy ending.
The grey and black striped tabby is a boy named PETER. The calico and the calico tabby are both girls...WENDY and TINK.
