As the week comes to a close we would like to thank our Customer Service Representatives one last time!
Every member of our CSR team has a dual roll at the clinic. Whether it’s keeping our IT equipment in check, scribing, training as a tech, or marketing, our entire team never fails to ensure customer service comes first! From ensuring clients remember their appointments, to checking them in, billing them out, AND BEYOND, our CSRs are the first face you see when you enter the clinic and the last when you leave. They do an amazing job keeping the clinic organized and supporting our furry patients, and their parents!
