We get asked a lot if EquiPod is like a TENS unit.

A TENS unit is sensory nerve stimulation. Microcurrent is sub sensory biological energy who’s mechanism of action starts at cellular level. EquiPod delivers pre-programmed microcurrent therapy that penetrates all the way into cells. And also why a conductive gel is used to make sure the energy gets past the hair and into the tissue below.

Microcurrent does not zap or shock. There is no muscle contraction or heating of the tissue.
