Dr. L***y was a valued member of our local veterinary community, and we are deeply saddened by her passing. We are grateful for the relationship we have shared with the Pierson Pet Hospital team and for the trust placed in us when caring for their patients.

To Dr. L***y’s family, friends, colleagues, and all of the clients whose lives she touched through the care of their beloved pets, please know that you are in our thoughts during this incredibly difficult time.

Due to an unforeseen emergency, **Animal Emergency Hospital will be closed for the remainder of the evening.**

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We understand how important it is to have access to emergency veterinary care, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this unexpected situation.

We will **reopen tomorrow at 12:00 PM (Noon)** and will be ready to care for your pets.

This summer ☀️has been one of our busiest yet, and we couldn’t let the moment pass without recognizing our incredible Doctor Director team 🎉

Our Doctor Directors are the 💗heartbeat💗 of every shift. Working alongside our veterinarians, they help direct patient care, coordinate treatments, support the medical team, and keep everything moving so our patients receive the emergency care they need. During these busy summer months, they’ve been putting in countless extra hours to help ensure no pet is left behind🐱🐶🐾

Today, we had the pleasure of treating our amazing Doctor Directors to a special breakfast 🍽️as a small token of our appreciation. While breakfast can never fully express how grateful we are, we hope it reminds them just how valued they are.

🇺🇸❤️ Happy 4th of July from Animal Emergency Hospital! We hope you and your furry family members have a fun, safe, and memorable holiday. While fireworks are a favorite tradition for many people, they can be frightening and stressful for our pets. Keep your pets safely indoors, in a secure area away from fireworks, and always know where they are—many pets become lost after being startled by loud noises.

Don’t forget to keep plenty of fresh water available, provide shade if they’re outdoors, and keep them away from barbecue scraps, table food, bones, corn cobs, and trash that can lead to serious emergencies.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible team members who are caring for pets and supporting families today. Your compassion and dedication never take a holiday, and we are so grateful for each of you. ❤️

To help our team continue providing the best emergency care possible, Animal Emergency Hospital will be open 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Monday, 6/29 and Tuesday, 6/30. Our regular hours are 8:00 AM – Midnight.

Our hearts are with a local family in our community who recently experienced a devastating house fire.

They lost their home, their belongings, and several beloved pets.

One surviving cat is currently in our care and receiving critical treatment from our team.

With the family’s permission, we are sharing part of their story and asking our community to help surround them with support as they begin to rebuild.

We are collecting new or gently used clothing, shoes, toiletries, non-perishable food, gift cards, towels, blankets, household basics, school supplies, children’s comfort items, and pet supplies.

Donations can be dropped off at our hospital during open hours.
