Stories like Amelia’s are why we do what we do!
Thank you, Paige and Amanda, for trusting us with Amelia’s care and for sharing your experience. Seeing her circulation return and knowing she gets to keep her leg was incredible news for everyone involved. Our doctors, technicians, and support staff truly care for every patient as if they were their own, and we’re so grateful to have been part of Amelia’s journey.
Thank you for your kind words and recognition. We are thrilled to hear Amelia is doing well. Give her some extra love from all of us at Bryan Animal Clinic! 💙🐱
🐾❤️ “Hi Rusty! My name is Paige and my partner Amanda and I wanted to share some positivity with you.
We recently had a huge medical emergency with one of our cats Amelia. She had a blood clot from her heart cut off circulation to one of her legs and was without a pulse in it for 3 days. She was scheduled to have it amputated and everything.
We took her (and all of our other animals) to Bryan Animal Clinic and throughout the time Amelia was there the staff went to amazing lengths to ensure she was not only cared for but we were too.
The doctors and techs loved our baby like she was their own. Circulation ended up coming back to Amelia’s leg the day of her amputation. A surgery went long that morning and around 5:30 that afternoon the vet called to tell us the good news. She gets to keep her leg!! And once again….the entire staff was there to guide us through what the next steps looked like and where to go from there.
We now have our baby home, and she’s doing great. In the news right now there’s not a lot of hope or positivity and it’s important as a community to recognize the good. We could not be more grateful and hope to get them the recognition they deserve because a simple thank you just doesn’t feel like enough.
Thank you so much!
Paige and Amanda Rehm”
