Ready to take your riding skills to the next level? Our Intermediate Horse Camp is designed for riders ages 11–16 who want to deepen their horse knowledge, improve riding technique, and build confidence both in and out of the saddle!

📚 Campers will explore:
• Parts of the horse, hoof & skeleton
• Saddle types
• Riding disciplines
• Horse breed identification & origins
• English & Western bits
• Common horse ailments
• Equine vital signs
• Quick release knots & emergency dismounts
• Rider position for English, Western & jumping

🐎 Riding Courses & Patterns Include:
• Intermediate Showmanship
• Intermediate Equitation
• Intermediate Horsemanship
• Intermediate Trail Patterns
• Ranch Riding Patterns

Looking for a hands-on, educational experience your child will love? Our 5-week Homeschool Horsemanship Program is designed for beginner riders ages 6–10. It combines horsemanship education with real riding time in a safe, structured environment.

What Your Child Will Learn:
• Horse safety & proper handling
• Leading, grooming, and basic care
• Parts of the horse, tack, and equipment
• Western saddle & bridle basics
• Fun horse facts & terminology

Safety First Focus:
• Safe handling and leading
• Bridling & saddling safety
• Mounting and riding safely
• Horse control and awareness
• General barn safety rules

Each class includes both educational activities (worksheets, guided learning) and practical application with the horses—so kids don’t just learn it, they do it. Helmets are provided for students. Please plan to wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
