SHRR's Permanent Paws program allows senior dogs with terminal diseases and/or extensive chronic medical issues the ability to have a high quality of life. Each dog resides in a family home being treated as a beloved pet. SHRR retains ownership of the dog, provides ongoing medical & preventative care, and stewardship over the dog's quality of life.
