Alright, everyone - I need your input!

I know, I know... posting about Christmas the day after Halloween - BUT I have to get my order in for Christmas scents asap so they get here in time AND before the holiday scents sell out!

I would love for you guys to help me pick your pups' holiday scents this year! ⛄ I'm doing holiday face washes AND colognes, so this is gonna be fun 😏

FACE WASHES 🫧
Gingerbread - ginger and cinnamon (also a cologne)

Mr. Grinch - vanilla, fig, peach and a little rum

Frosty - evergreen, cedar and lemon peel (also a cologne)

Polar Express - peppermint, cocoa and marshmallow

Snow Fairy - cotton candy, bubblegum and vanilla

Maple Hot Toddy - maple, vanilla and a hint of rum (also a cologne)

COLOGNES ✨
Christmas Nog - amaretto, vanilla cream and milk

Merry & Bright - apple, cinnamon and soft musk

Aspen Snow - cool mint, vanilla and tonka bean

Gremlins - vanilla, peppermint and caramel (also a face wash)

White Christmas - peppermint, cinnamon and vanilla

Frosted Cranberries - cranberry, apple, orange and cinnamon sugar

Hey, everyone! Just a reminder I'm on vacation from 9/25-10/12 with my better half. Please expect longer response times! I still have a couple of openings late October and in November, but am pretty full for December. Thank you guys for being amazing! 🫶

Important announcement! 🐾

I’ve made the difficult decision to take a pause on accepting NEW large, long-haired, double-coated, or long-haired haircut dogs for the time being. Think large doodles, Great Pyrenees, thick-coated Goldens, etc.

I can still take larger dogs with shorter coats, like Labs, Pitbulls, and shorter-haired Shepherds!

I’m 11 years into grooming now, and as much as I love my big dogs, I’ve had to start paying more attention to what is physically sustainable for me. Some of these bigger, heavier coats and haircuts are just really hard on my body, and I want to make sure I’m able to keep doing this for many more years to come.

If your large dog is already on my schedule, this does not affect you! ❤️ I will continue taking care of my current large breed clients. This pause is just for new dogs coming onto my books.

I’ll also consider large dogs referred by current clients on a case-by-case basis.

This was definitely not an easy decision, but I know it’s the right one for me and for the longevity of my business. I love what I do and I love taking care of your dogs, and I want to be able to keep doing it for a long time. ❤️

Thank you all for understanding and for continuing to support my little business. It really does mean a lot to me. 🫶

📣 IMPORTANT UPDATE 📣

I’ll be off 9/25–10/12 exploring some of the gorgeous National Parks in Washington! 🏔️🌲💙

That being said, I’m almost completely booked for September and am quickly filling up for the rest of the year with the holidays right around the corner.

I highly recommend everyone pre-book their appointments for the rest of the year to avoid long wait times. This includes those who only come in every 3+ months, pups who just get a bath, and EVERYONE in between! 🐾❤️

I know it seems crazy to be thinking about the holidays already, but they’ll be here before we know it, and I promise you’ll be glad you got your appointments on the books early!

And lastly, I just want to say thank you to all of you amazing people. ❤️ Spud Pup has become a success because of you, and I’m forever grateful for every person who continues to support my business and trust me with their pups.

I appreciate you all more than you know! 🥰🐾

It has been a hectic couple of months spending time with family every chance I got while my niece and nephew were out of school, so I apologize for my slow responses and lack of posting! Here are some of the babies from this last two and a half months ❤️🐾

One of my amazing clients is a foster momma to this sweet little angel, Sydney. She comes from Turkey where she unfortunately lived a very difficult life of severe neglect, but she is THRIVING now and ready for her forever home ❤️🐾

Please remember to keep your pets comfortable today, secure your fences, and leave on some calming music or sounds for them. More pets will go missing today than any other day of the year, and it's up to us to keep them safe - they don't understand why it sounds like the world's ending outside! ❤️🐾
