Pat has been in constant pain from severe shoulder issues, and he needs a shoulder replacement to find relief. This fundraiser is just getting started, and sharing helps so much in the early days. Hey everyone - update about phone calls. I spent 6 hours on chat/call with Verizon last night, 1 hour in the store today and no one could solve my problem. Have now been on the phone for 1 hr and 45 min and FINALLY they figured out the issue! Part of it was a sync problem and part of it is apparently a multi-state issue with voicemail. Ugh! Supposed to be fixed in the next 48 hours. That said PLEASE DO NOT leave me any voicemail for the next couple of days. I won't be able to see or hear it. Phone calls have been a little hit or miss whether I get them or not also. If you need to reach me, please, please send me a TEXT! Texts are coming through reliably. Sorry for any inconvenience, and hopefully all will be back to normal shortly. I have most definitely obtained a few extra grey hairs in the last 24 hours 🤯 I hate phone issues lol! We rely on them so much these days.....especially for business! Thanks for your patience with this. And if you have been affected by this and called and not heard back, please text me! I don't want anyone slipping through the cracks! Thank you 😊

If you are trying to contact me and can't leave a voicemail, please text me. I have been working with Verizon tech support for over 5 hours tonight trying to get the issue resolved. If they can't fix it shortly, I may have to take my phone in tomorrow. SO INFURIATING! Just know, I am aware of the issue and trying to fix it!
