As we head into Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to say just how grateful we are for our amazing clients and their wonderful dogs.�Your trust, support, and love for your pups mean the world to us — and we want to give a little something back. To show our appreciation, we’re giving away 20 FREE dog baths!

Hello We Talk Dog Pack,

I know that transitioning to a new software system always comes with a few kinks to work out, and I truly appreciate your patience as we get everything running smoothly. We apologize for any inconvenience this transition may have caused — we’re working hard behind the scenes to make it as seamless as possible!

There are two important items that we’re asking all clients to complete to ensure your account is fully active:

Sign the Agreement
The agreement is the same one you signed in person — the only change is that it now requires a digital signature. This is going to be located on your main dashboard!
Without this signed agreement, the system will not allow you to schedule daycare or boarding services.

Update Your Dog’s Vaccination Records
Please upload all required vaccinations: Bordetella, Rabies, and Canine Distemper.
You may notice an option labeled D2APP — this is the same as Canine Distemper. If you see both options, please fill them both out for now as we work on having D2APP removed from the system.

Thank you again for your patience and flexibility during this transition. We’re excited about the improvements this new system will bring and appreciate your help getting everything set up correctly!
