When called to pick up you have 30 mins from the time you are called to pick up after 30 mins there will be a 10 fee added to your grooming bill and 5 dollar per hr after the 30 mins.Im sorry but we are a grooming salon not a doggie day care and do have Clients that can not be with other dogs . We ask for at le

ast 24 hrs for cancellations we understand life happens but please understand our time is valuable as well thank you

If you do not call or show for your scheduled appointment and schedule later in time then there will be a 20 dollar fee added to your grooming bill at pick up again please understand our time is valuable and other clients would have taken your appointment time if you had cancelled.

Good morning Muddypawz Family, I hope you're all doing better than I am, because, spoiler alert, I'm currently recovering from my fourth, yes fourth, round of Covid-19, despite being vaccinated, go figure. The unpredictable schedule and current shutdown have been a real treat for everyone, I'm sure. So, I'm begging you, pretty please with a mask on top, if you're feeling even a little bit under the weather, please, for the love of all things furry, stay home. My top priority is making sure our canine buddies and clients don't get sick, because, let's be real, they're the real bosses around here. I'll reopen as soon as I'm feeling semi-human again, which, fingers crossed, should be tomorrow, as long as this fever doesn't decide to stick around. When I do reopen, I'll be rocking a mask, and I kindly request that you do the same, because, better safe than sorry, right? Thanks for being understanding, and let's all pray that this is the last of my Covid-19 adventures, lol. We should be back to our usual crazy selves in no time.

Good morning Muddypawz Family and Friends. I appreciate those who schedule appointments in advance and acknowledge those who are struggling with wait times. I am committed to accommodating everyone in a timely manner, which may involve working extended hours. However, I kindly request that you notify me if you need to reschedule, rather than simply not showing up. This allows me to adjust the schedule accordingly and minimize wait times for others. Unfortunately, no-call, no-shows result in lost opportunities for both my business and clients on the waiting list. To mitigate this, I have implemented a policy where three instances of no-call, no-shows will require full payment upfront for future appointments, which will be non-refundable. Alternatively, clients may be asked to seek services elsewhere. I value my time and that of my clients, and I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
