We just had mom come in with puppies she had today 8 in total all vet checked doing well stay tuned for cuteness over load on pictures the coming days/ weeks.......

This morning we where called by an individual who said their dog needed grooming in the early hours 5:00 am, The caller left a voice mail and we immediately retrieved it... there was immediate concern raised over the message left ...

We called the office to where this person was staying to ask them to perform a welfare check...
20 minutes later we called back and where told an animal this person owned needed medical care...
Our Humane society special operations team immediately jumped into action finding the pup in a very tragic state...

But more so our training and experience as former firefighters and emts brought us to our awareness we where dealing with somone who may have been in a manic state. We contacted local authorities and ems. This person was transported to a local hospital.

The bond between humans and animals brings immense therapeutic benefits. However, pet ownership requires consistent cognitive, physical, and emotional capability. When severe mental health challenges compromise an individual's ability to provide essential care, proactive community intervention is vital to safeguard both the owner and the animal.
