We’ve recently had an increase in last-minute requests to change scheduled grooming days, so I want to kindly remind everyone of our policy. Schedules are sent out at the beginning of the year so you can mark your calendars in advance. Any request to change an appointment within 24 hours is considered a cancellation.

I also send a 24-hour reminder before each appointment. If these reminders go unanswered, the appointment will be marked as a cancellation or possible termination of services.

I work hard to keep the schedule flexible and fair for everyone. Last-minute cancellations or changes create gaps that cannot be filled and take time away from clients who are waiting for availability.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we keep things running smoothly for all our pups and their families!
