Need a cute little co-pilot? Hottie calls shotgun!

We are absolutely baffled by the fact that Hottie has not been scooped up by a family of her own yet! Sure, she needs a cat-free and small animal-free home, but she's perfect in every other way!

Hottie (O Ya Hottie) weighs in at about 61 lbs. She's a playful 3-year-old who seems to be a bit of a chameleon, in that she matches the energy around her. She's also a total attention hog, so we think she'd do well either as an only dog soaking up all the spotlight, or with another playful dog to help with her young energy! But with that energy comes a very high prey drive, so no cats, small dogs, or other small critters for this little lady! Medium dogs or larger only.

This gorgeous girl is a petite, affectionate lovebug who's never met a stranger! She absolutely loves people, and loved every minute of attention at our recent events! She can't wait to bring that boatload of love to a home of her own!

Have you ever wanted to volunteer with WAG at an event? Now is your chance! We're looking for volunteers to help us at the Mystic Outdoor Art Festival this weekend!

The event is Saturday, 8/9, from 10 am-6 pm, and
Sunday, 8/10, from 10 am-5 pm. We are looking for people to help with setup, during the day, and breakdown. These are some long days and you do not need to stay for the entire event either day! Even just an hour or two can help!
What does it look like to volunteer during an event like this? You get to hang out with all the ambassadogs and available hounds that are in attendance, and talk to visitors about what wonderful companions greyhounds can be!

Our beautiful Hottie is still looking for her a foster home or her forever home. Would you consider sharing with your friends and family? She’s a spitfire and a wonderful pup, young pup, looking for a playful and active family to have so much fun with!

We are a little surprised that our stunning girl, Hottie, has not recieved much interest yet! She is spayed and ready to find her forever home! That said, we're also currently looking to find a new foster home for sweet Hottie! As much as her foster parents totally adore her (and we adore them for working with her), they have other obligations so we must find a new place for her!

Hottie (O Ya Hottie) is a petite lady weighing about 61 lbs. She's a playful 3-year-old who still needs to work on some manners, like not counter surfing. Hottie is currently being fostered with three other WAG hounds- Lucas, Zucchini, and Pixie- and is slowly but surely learning how to be a chameleon and get along with all three personalities! She loves playing with Pixie and Zucchini, and is getting to be a pro at respecting Lucas' space! She's also a total attention hog, so we think she'd do well either as an only dog soaking up all the spotlight or with another playful dog to help with her young, boundless energy! But with that energy comes a very high prey drive, so no cats, small dogs, or other small critters for this little lady! Medium dogs or larger only.

Hottie is a great companion. Her current foster parents say she is a big cuddle bug, and is still working on some of those toddler-like behaviors, as she likes to chew things she shouldn't, like remotes and headphones. Hottie loves to run in the yard and play. She knows fetch and gives you the ball back. She loves being outside. Hottie has also been working hard on housebreaking and is much better about going to the bathroom outside now! She paces and in her crate she will bark like crazy to go out, and you've gotta love a girl who tells you exactly what she needs!

Today’s the day of Bark at the Park with the Bristol Blues baseball team!!

From 3:30 to 5pm tonight, join us for some pre-game fun with the dogs!! Then, stay for the game if you’d like! Bring your family and four-legged friends for a few hours of fun at the Muzzy Baseball Field in Bristol, CT tonight!!

Come hang with some greyt ambassadogs!

Is there a better time to formally introduce a hound than on their birthday?! We don't think so, so allow us to introduce the birthday girl, Hottie!

Hottie (O Ya Hottie) is a petite lady weighing about 61 lbs, and turns 3 years old today! She's a playful young girl who still needs to work on some manners like not counter surfing. Hottie is currently being fostered with three other WAG hounds- Lucas, Zucchini, and Pixie- and is slowly but surely learning how to be a chameleon and get along with all three personalities! Hottie loves her foster family and is quite the Velcro dog! She'll sit at the door of the bathroom and impatiently wait for you so she can give you more hugs and tail wags, and otherwise just occupy the same space as you! She's a rockstar on stairs, and loves car rides too! She gets a little anxious in her crate and is practicing really hard to not have accidents in there; this is a work in progress with her foster family.
