🌟 Your kind words really do mean the world to us! 🌟

The "Love Board" in our front room started when a client decided to leave a kind note on an empty dry eraser board. From there, more people kept adding them. We eventually added a "Leave Us Love" sign to tell you all that we loved what you were doing. Since then, we’ve been blessed with the kindest messages from you. We have had to erase it often when it is full, but we will never complain about that. 🙂 It’s these notes that brighten our day and keep us motivated. If you have left us love on this board - your kindness is appreciated! Your feedback is essential in helping us to grow. It is a great reminder on the tougher days, in a stressful field, of just why we do what we do!

Meet Mandi E, the newest member of the CCVH team! Mandi has always had a deep love for animals and a passion for caring for them. Originally from Michigan, she has called Maryland home for the past 18 years. While this is her first official role in a veterinary hospital, she has spent her life devoted to the well-being of the animals & has experience in other animal care fields.

At home, she is a proud mom to two wonderful daughters and two beloved “house panthers” who keep her on her toes. She loves building connections—not only with her coworkers but also with the pets and families she meets every day. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring with her girls, photography, movies, hockey, camping, crafting, and music. She also has a special appreciation for beautifully crafted animated films.

She is thrilled to be part of the CCVH family and looks forward to making a difference in the lives of pets and their people!

Say hello to Brewski! Our CSR Makayla was very smitten by this handsome pup. How could you not be? Brewski is a Welsh Terrier, which is a breed we do not see often. Here’s a few cool facts about this handsome fella:

🐶 Old but Gold – The Welsh Terrier is one of the oldest terrier breeds, dating back to at least the 1700s! They were originally bred to hunt badgers, foxes, and rodents in Wales.

🎭 Forever Young – Even as they grow older, Welsh Terriers keep their playful, puppy-like energy. They’re always up for an adventure, whether it’s a game of fetch or a hike in the great outdoors!

🛁 Hypoallergenic Hero – With their wiry, low-shedding coats, Welsh Terriers are a great choice for allergy sufferers. Plus, their unique fur helps keep dirt and odors at bay—so fewer baths are needed!
