The special privilege to meet a dog in puppyhood and care for them throughout their life, especially when their pure black muzzle turns that beautiful blend salt and pepper, is an honor we don’t take lightly. Harley was adopted just shy of 1 year of age and has been a patient of PHAH since 2015. He’s 11 years old this month! One of the best parts of vetmed is getting to know families and helping them care for the animals they love - and boy does Harley’s family love him dearly. Can you guess the breed?! Zenith is just shy of 6 months old and visited us for a vaccine booster today. Her Mom does a beautiful job grooming her and she actually won best in her group at a show yesterday! Her fur is indescribably soft and she is a social butterfly 🦋 🩷🐾

Happy Saturday! Dr. Breidenbaugh saw sweetheart Molly and quite the character Sargeant Pepper for wellness visits today.

Molly had a dental procedure a few months ago and had quite a bit of diseased teeth removed - Mom and Dad are happy to report her breath still smells immensely better! She enjoyed eating her milk bones broken up into tiny bits while we performed her exam, vaccines, and blood draw.

Sargeant Pepper made us all laugh the entire appointment 😂 He demands churu snacks and will let you know if you are not meeting his demands as required!!

Sweet Edgar saw Dr. Rieckert today for some GI concerns - our team was happy to help him and even more thrilled to spend time with a certified Good Boy. Edgar is a 6 month old Great Dane, already weighing in at 92 pounds with a heart of gold! Thanks for making our day 🐾
