GOING TO DESTIN?
MAKE A PUP STOP. 🐾

Three different groups of travelers stopped at The PUPStop this morning on their way to or from Destin - including one family headed all the way home to Ohio.

A young couple stopped on their way to the beach, played with puppies and declared:

“THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER.”

We agree. We may be biased. But they said it, not us. 😂

But... see for yourself! Come on UP to the PUP!

Meet the dogs. Play with puppies. Wander around. Fall in love with somebody you absolutely did not intend to take home.

You don't have to be in the market to adopt a rescue dog to enjoy your visit. But... then again...

Caroline is ready for her second chance!!

This sweet girl was adopted once before but was returned after she didn’t get along with the adopter’s other large dogs. The good news? Caroline is currently housed with another dog and is doing just fine! She’s also been reported to do well with smaller dogs and cats.

Caroline is a 1 year old, 45 lb. Boxer mix with a playful personality and a whole lot of love to give. She’s affectionate, friendly, active, and absolutely loves being around her people.

She’s young, she’s sweet, and she’s ready to put the past behind her and find the family that’s meant to be hers.

We are SO excited that Floor & Decor invited us to their Pensacola store for an adoption event!

We’ll be there this Saturday, August 8 from 10am-3pm with some of our adorable adoptable dogs ready to meet you. And even better… we’ll be INSIDE with the AC! 🙌

Come by, meet the pups, love on them a little, and who knows… you might just meet your new best friend.

Okay, Sharpie… we need to talk!!

Because somehow this sweet, silly, lovable boy is STILL waiting for his family.

Sharpie is a 4 year old, 40 lb Shar-Pei mix with one tiny disclaimer: do not judge him by his kennel behavior😂 He may act like a complete fool behind those kennel doors, but get him outside and you meet a totally different dog.

And that dog? An absolute ANGEL!

Sharpie is goofy, affectionate, and just wants to be wherever his people are. He loves attention, enjoys walks and playtime, and is just as happy hanging out and keeping you company. He’s got that perfect moderate energy balance… fun when it’s time to play, chill when it’s time to relax.

And did we mention he’s dog friendly! So bring your canine to meet their new brother.

Sharpie has been with us for far too long, and we’re ready to see this boy experience what it’s like to have a home and family of his own.

Sweet. Silly. Loyal. And SO ready to leave rescue life behind.

We were completely blown away when Leigh showed up with 100 goodie bags that she personally put together for our staff, volunteers, and fosters.

ONE HUNDRED!!!

The time, thought, effort, and generosity that went into making sure the people behind the scenes at Saving with Soul felt appreciated means more than we can put into words.

Our staff, volunteers, and fosters pour so much of themselves into the animals we care for every single day, and having someone take the time to pour a little love back into them is incredibly special.

Leigh, thank you for seeing our people. Thank you for thinking of them. And thank you for taking the time to make 100 individual goodie bags just to bring a little joy to our rescue family!!

We were amazed by your generosity, and we are so, so grateful.

The PUPStop is OPEN today! And with the slightly more reasonable temps, we can have more of our PUPpups outside in our yards for easier and more enjoyable meetups.

Doors open at 10am and we close at 6pm. Come early... come late... but come see us today at The PUP!
