Avon Valley Show Stables Avon Valley Show Stables is a premium care, full service equestrian facility. We are located on 30 a Our facility offers daily turnout in 20 individual paddocks.

We are located on 30 acres of beautiful grassy fields overlooking the Farmington River. We offer a wide range of services and are dedicated to providing a quality facility for the equine athlete and rider. Avon Valley Show Stables is home to many rated and schooling hunter/jumper shows. We have 30 acres of open fields for riding, grazing, and walking your dog! During the warmer months we offer ful

l courses of show quality jumps for lessons and schooling. Avon Valley Show Stables features a large 80′ x 200′ brightly lit indoor arena with custom leather footing. Our outdoor sand arena is 150’ x 250’ with stadium lighting for evening riding. Both arenas are watered and groomed daily. Many of our staff members live on the premises providing 24 hour care. We have around the clock horse transportation in the event of veterinary emergencies or last minute appointments. Our staff maintains close working relationships with our Veterinarians and Blacksmiths which service our barn regularly. Avon Valley Show Stables aims to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere for both horse and rider. We are dedicated to excellence in equine education by providing a quality facility with first-rate staff.

A job well done to Chloe and Reese at IEA Zone 1 Finals this past weekend.

Chloe rode Bella and put down a beautiful and tactful trip, keeping her composure and riding calmly through some exciting moments. This earned her 4th in the Individual Future Novice o/f.

Reese rode Doodles and did so beautifully. She maintained her focus despite many distractions in and out of the ring! This earned her 4th in the Individual Future Beginner WTC.

**A huge thank you** to our IEA team and parents for your continued support this weekend and all season. We appreciate you!

Congratulations to our dear Marilyn Jones on completing her Century Ride. When a horse and rider pair’s combined age is 100 years or greater, they are eligible for the Century Ride dressage test. Marilyn and Sandman have been training for this moment for a long time, and the two looked spectacular on Saturday. And for the record, they recieved a respectable score of 71.25! Congratulations Marilyn!
