Hi everyone! We have had a busy 2 days back in business! We wanted to let everyone know that due to the high demand of phone calls our wait times are going to be a bit longer than usual.

Rest assured we are getting your messages and returning them in the order in which they were received. Please understand we are working diligently to return every call. Thank you again for all your continued support and patience!

P.S. Please be aware that our drop-off and pick-up procedures have changed. We ask that you stay in your vehicle and we will will come out to you - call when you get here.

Please remove any collars and leashes. We will be using our own slip lead.

We're BACK!!! We are excited to announce we are officially re-opening Tuesday, May 12. Please understand we are taking as many appointments as we can safely handle. You may experience longer wait times for appointments so we highly recommend booking your next appointment at pickup.

We are also implementing new drop-off and pick-up procedures. We will be coming out to your car to take in your dog and will bring your pup out for pick-up.

In the morning we will be in the parking lot to get your pup from the car and at pick up - just give us a call and we will bring your pup out to your car.

We will be using our own slip leads so please remove all leashes and collars.

Thanks, y'all! The entire team is over the moon to be back!

Friday story time! So we have to take a moment and dote on our Juli. While she was driving home the other night, she saw a dog with a homeless gentleman. The pup was in rough shape and badly needed a groom. Within a moment she whipped a U-turn and found a place to plug in her clippers. She convinced the gentleman to allow her to help out the pup. We are all super proud of her and we know that sweet doggy is feeling much better now. Happy Friday 🐶🐶🐶

Happy Happy Friday! This is Barney. He is a VERY special boy and was in need of a haircut. He was turned away from other groomers because he was too "matted" and they wouldn't book him. We had a full Friday scheduled, but when we received the call we knew we had to bring him in! He has AMAZING parents who LOVE him so much! We look forward to seeing this sweet pup again. Town Hall is now preparing Welcome Kits for new families that are moving into our community.

Our Welcome Kits feature and direct these new families to a small number of local businesses for the goods, services & professionals that they need to find.

Since our Welcome Kits are exclusive, and we can only accommodate one Pet Grooming Service, I would ask you to kindly let me know if you are interested in being featured in our local Welcome Kits.

It is worthy to note that, according to Dr. Cathy Goodwin in her book “Making the Big Move”, 32% of new residents and families seek out a new Pet Groomer within 6 months of their relocation. As such, almost one-third of our Welcome Kit recipients are actively looking for a new Pet Groomer.

I would like to schedule a time when you are expecting me so that I may drop off a sample of our "Welcome Kit" and explain the program in greater detail.

Serious question for the groomers: are all white standard poodles mellow? Every time I meet one, male or female, they are the sweetest, most gentle souls.
Actually, I've never been there.
