May is National Pet Month! 🐾💙
What a better way to celebrate than by giving our newest Wags-to-Riches dog, Marley, a chance to be your best pet friend?!

Fun Facts about Marley girl:
✅ Marley is a 4-year-old shepherd-husky mix
✅ She has had a full work-up done and was found to nave a bad gallbladder -
‼️ However, she underwent
surgery to have her gallbladder removed, was spayed, and had her teeth all cleaned up at the same time!
She is now fully recovered, has a clean bill of health and ready to find her home!
✅ Good with dogs (some little dogs don't like her because she likes to play and doesn't quite know personal space)
✅ Good with kids
✅ Good with cats as far as we know!
Is mostly house trained when given frequent opportunities to go out but could use some household training when she gets into a home and may need to be crated when left alone
‼️ Things to be aware of:
- Due to years of being under weight she does resource guard her food and bones so should be kept separate when eating anything yummy
- She had gallbladder disease and had under gone having her gallbladder removed so she will need to be kept on a low fat diet
- She has potential for some skin allergies, had a couple spots on her feet but so far has not needed any oral medications for them
