🌟🐾 Welcome Dr. Keri Weyl! 🐾🌟
We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Keri Weyl as the newest member of our Bullard Animal Hospital family!
Dr. Keri has been caring for pets and the people who love them for over 20 years. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2002, completed a small animal internship in Florida, and has since built her career here in Atlanta. Her professional interests include internal medicine and dentistry, but what truly sets her apart is her heart.
💙 Dr. Keri is passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where clients feel informed, reassured, and confident in the care their pets receive. Whether it’s a complex case or a routine visit, she’s committed to making every experience a positive one—for both pets and their families.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Keri loves kayaking, hiking, and spending time near the water. At home, life is full of love and laughter with her teenage twins, her spoiled cavapoo Poppy, and her cat Gus, who rules the roost in his own way.
📅 You can find Dr. Keri in the clinic Wednesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM.
She can’t wait to meet you and your four-legged family members! 🐶🐱

As temperatures rise, it's crucial to keep our pets cool and safe. Here are some essential tips:

Stay Hydrated: Always provide fresh water and consider using ceramic bowls to keep water cooler for longer.

Avoid Hot Pavement: Test the ground with your hand; if it's too hot for you, it's too hot for your pet's paws.

Limit Outdoor Activities: Exercise your pets during cooler parts of the day—early morning or late evening.

Provide Shade and Cooling Spots: Ensure your pets have access to shaded areas and consider using cooling mats or fans.

Never Leave Pets in Cars: Even with the windows cracked, temperatures inside a car can rise rapidly, leading to heatstroke.

Watch for Heatstroke Symptoms: Excessive panting, drooling, and lethargy are signs of overheating.
