Experienced Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Specialist

$12.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Town & Country West Veterinary Clinic in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our privately owned practice. Established in 2000, we are proud to provide high-quality veterinary care while building long-term relationships with our clients and patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services and follow-up care
- Help manage front desk flow in a fast-paced environment
- Support the team during urgent and emergency situations
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Veterinary Receptionist experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Avimark experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be available for occasional 10-hour shifts and every other Saturday
