🐾 The Aurora Animal Care Community is hosting a raffle and monetary fundraiser to raise funds for Pasadena Humane and the many animals impacted by the Eaton fires that burned through approximately 14,000 acres of California.

🐶 Each clinic has a different raffle basket packed with prizes for you and your pet! Stop into one of clinics to purchase tickets (𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆) tickets are $5.00 for 6 or $1.00 each.

If your pet was microchipped through one of our clinics, do not be alarmed we use Home Again, so your pet is NOT impacted. The company of conern is Save This Life based out of Texas. If you’re unsure which company your pet is registered through, you can search their chip number by inputting their number on the AHAA microchip registry (see link in comments).

If your pet is registered by Save This Life you can register them through Home Again.

OSU College of Veterinary Medicine is doing some great things!

We are now recruiting obese, but otherwise healthy adult cats to participate in the Feline SLIM Study. This is a clinical trial, funded by the Morris Animal Foundation, evaluating the role of f***l microbiota transplants (“poop pills) along with diet to help cats lose weight. Pictured here is one of our current patients, Eugene. His motto for 2025 is “New year, new me!”. Eugene is making great strides with his weight loss, and we are so proud of him.
