Did you know that Georgia ranks 5th in the entire nation for the highest shelter euthanasia rates of healthy companion animals? 💔

​In a single year, over 34,000 dogs and cats in our state lost their lives simply because there wasn't enough space, enough foster homes, or enough adopters. Behind every single one of those numbers was a heart that beat for someone, a soul deserving of a safe, warm bed.

​Shelter workers cry in their cars after their shifts. Rescues are drowning in intake requests. But rescuing alone won't pull us out of this water - we MUST shut off the faucet.
​Spay and neuter is the ONLY proactive, permanent solution to ending shelter overcrowding and stopping needless loss of life in Georgia.

​Fix Georgia Pets has already prevented an estimated 64,000+ unwanted births through targeted grant funding this past year alone.

But we can't stop now.
