Anakin Skywalker is true to his name. He’s charming and devious and smart and strong willed and annoyingly charismatic. He’s my shadow but in the worst kind of way because he loves to sneak attack my knees and calves 😫 a furry terror through and through! Did I mention how incredibly charming this beautiful boy is?

And I wouldn’t give him up for the world!! 😘

Big shoutout to our dear friend Parson Petchor who donated this AMAZING air scrubber to help really kill any smells from the rescue. Since we run the rescue out of the lower floor of our house this has been a big help to keep any stray smells from wafting upstairs!

We are so thankful for the wonderful people in our lives that support us and our mission to help as many ferrets as we can! 🥰

On Friday, our good friend Nikki came over and built us a ferret foyer into the “playroom” and we LOVE IT! Now we can easily enter and exit without having to stress about ferret escapees! It’s also the perfect place to store all our kibble containers, trash can and litter! 😍😍😍

I cannot recommend enough having a little “airlock” set up in your ferret room! Game changing!

Welcome Fendi (3.5 yr old male) and Tinka (1.5 yr old female) to the Dook Nook! These sweeties are pretty shy and still finding their footing here but so far we’ve learned that Fendi loves rubber jingle balls and sleeping in the cat tree hammock and Tinka loves to sleep in the crinkle paper box and run in the tunnels

They will be looking for forever homes together or with other ferrets
